PCR Sealing Mats
Ultra-thin wall design facilitates rapid and steady heat transfer. Smooth interior tube surface minimises binding of enzymes and nucleic acids. Raised rims of wells protect against cross-contamination and provide tight seal particularly in combination with BRANDás new sealing mats.
PCR sealing mats have been designed to fit BRAND PCR plates exactly and reduce evaporation losses by up to 75% compared to conventional systems. They are characterised by their high flexibility, tight sealing, autoclavability and are easily pierced by pipette tips.
