Gel Documentation System ENDUROä GDS
The ENDUROä GDS Geldocumentation system includes a 5 MP camera, a built in UV transilluminator (302 nm or 365 nm) with a safety shut off switch, and a display. The large field of view (200 mm x 240 mm) allows for large gel imaging, or the imaging of many gels at once. With 8 mm, f1.4 hands-free lens with Smart Capture technology. The system has a built in autofocus.
Application flexibility is achieved through the UV transilluminators, the optional white light conversion screen, and optional blue conversion screen. The standard filter on the ENDUROä GDS is e.g. compatible with Ethidium bromide, SYBR® Safe, gel red and SYBR Green.
The optional Clear Gel Tray provides a great tool to make gel handling easier. The Enduro system can easily be connected to a PC. Images can be saved either as jpg. or tiff. files.
