Spectrophotometer Libra S60PC UV/Vis
Designed for multi-user laboratories. Split beam spectrophotometer with long life xenon lamp technology for longer source lifetime and lower maintenance costs. An external PC is foreseen for the control of the device, thus offering a high degree of flexibility in the evaluation and analysis of the measurement data. Supplied with the Biochrom Libra S60PC Resolution PC software. In addition to the measurement of absorption, transmission and concentration, this software includes modules for fixed wavelength, wavelength scanning, kinetics and quantitation measurements plus a validation routine for checking instrument performance. Data export options include Microsoft® Word and Excel® plus Adobe® PDF formats.
Optional upgrade modules are also available including Resolution Life for nucleic acid and protein measurement and Resolution CFR for 21 CFR part 11 compliance. The system is also compatible with IQ/OQ documentation.
