Digital bench refractometer, Smart-1
The Smart-1 is an automatic refractometer with an extra-wide measurement range. This model measures low-concentration samples, e.g. soup, medium-concentration samples e.g. sauce or ketchup, and high-concentration (Brix) samples e.g. jam, marmalade or honey within a food factory.
In addition the Smart-1 can be used to control the concentration of a variety of industrial solutions, including water-soluble cutting oil, cleaning solutions and glycol anti-freeze.
